Spartan Resistance Band Metabolic Workout   In this workout I used Orange Bands (Approximate Resistance in lbs – 10 to 20 pounds) and Black Bands (Approximate Resistance in lbs – 35-55 pounds) both from RBT http://tinyurl.com/RBT-Funk Perform each exercise one after the other with for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds rest. After you complete all 10 exercises, rest for 2 minutes and complete 3 full rounds 1. Front Squats 2. Push Ups 3. High Pulls 4. Bent Over rows 5. Mountain climbers 6. Split Lunge Right 7. Plank 8. Split Lunge Left 9. Military Press 10.
