Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. Although this was my second meal (first was Healthy Count Funkula Oatmeal), I still consider this my real breakfast. For Fat Loss, when eating this meal you have to ensure it contains Protein, Carbs and Healthy Fats. (If you don’t like eggs or are Lactose intolerant, then this is not the breakfast for you.)
