Metabolic Resistance Training Oh Oh Oh Oh the sweat!the pain! but what a work out! Question: how often should this be done for the normal wanna be?? also i run marathons every year but now at the end of season I’m looking to this type of workout for variety in fitness,do u advise keeping up this type of regime for long distance running.
