About Scott Herman
Hello my name is Scott Herman and I am the owner and operator of Scott Herman Fitness, LLC, (www.ScottHermanFitness.com) the most positive place for people all over the world to learn about health and fitness. My journey into fitness began when I was 12 and I started my first job working at Gold’s Gym performing maintenance duties for a free membership when I was 14. When I turned 18 I became a personal trainer and by the time I was 22, I was the GM of “Answer is Fitness” in North Attleboro, MA. I held that position until I was 24, which was when I left for Brooklyn NY, to film “The Real World: Brooklyn”. My certifications include NASM, APEX, Kinesis, TRX, CPR and Defibrillator and I am always looking for new ways to bring different types of fitness training to my community.
I owe all my accomplishments to having fitness in my life. When you exercise you not only build a better and healthier body, but you also build your self-esteem and confidence too. I hope that sharing my knowledge will help many of you make fitness a permanent part of your lifestyle too!
Scott Herman Fitness, LLC was founded in 2008. I wanted to find a way to be able to help people with their fitness goals for FREE. However, it wasn’t until August of 2009 when both the www.YouTube.com/ScottHermanFitness and www.facebook.com/ScottHermanFitness platforms were launched that my dreams came to reality.
Now with the largest and most supportive online community of Hermanites, I am very excited to continue to keep my doors open to the World and welcome its new members to learn how to obtain the tools they need to get into the best shape of their lives
