SUCCESS STORY – SPARTAN ROBIN LOSES 22LBS

Well Everyone  I’m at the end of my 8 week body transformation, and I feel amazing.    I started this transformation as an effort to get in shape before travelling to Mexico in January.  I wanted my body to be in better shape than it’s been in a long, long time.    The key to the rapid transformation has been a combination of cleansing with Isagenix Products and exercise in the form of Spartacus Bodyweight Workouts.  Isagenix is amazing for improving overall health, shedding unwanted fat and building lean muscle, but I knew if I wanted results, I needed to introduce a new exercise routine into my lifestyle.  I have no time to get to a gym and no desire to pay for a gym membership.

Robin back in the day at 240lbs

So, I checked out Funk Roberts Spartacus Workout Blog and came across the Spartacus Bodyweight Workouts.  The workout routines are perfect.  No gym required no equipment necessary, just some space, a timer, and my own body weight.   I contacted Funk to let him know what I was about to embark on and received amazing support and encouragement. 8 weeks later I am down to 196 pounds from 218, a total of 22 pounds lost over 8 weeks and, as I said, I feel amazing.  In addition, I have really noticed an improvement in my athletic performance and my recovery from athletics.  On the volleyball court, I’m able to jump higher, hit harder, and play longer.  At soccer, I’m able to play the full game without a sub.  I’m agile and able to run hard right through to the end of the game.  I’m looking forward to continuing to cleanse and workout, working towards getting that ever elusive 6 pack.

SPARTAN ROB – SPARTACUS SUCCESS STORY

Spartan Rob  loses 15lbs in 4 weeks and completes the Spartacus Workout Challenge.  Congrats Rob, I am so proud of you.                               Read Rob’s email below Funk, I’m happy to say that I completed the 4 week challenge with positive results!!  I started out weighing 177 pounds with some belly fat and love handles.  I now weigh 162 pounds and the love handles are almost gone!  Week 1 was a b*tch due to the fact that I was out of shape.  I thought about throwing in the towel because the workout was intense but I persevered and started week 2 with a little more confidence.  By the end of week 2 I had a lot more energy and the workouts felt great.  I could see the difference in my face…chin fat was going bye-bye.  As I worked through week 3 the pounds started coming off.  I couldn’t believe it!  Now that I’m done with Week 4 I decided to do some of your other workouts (MMA bodyweight workouts) because I really enjoy the challenge and I’m a big UFC fan.  I have to mention that I started a paleo diet about 2 weeks before I started the challenge and I really think that played a role in my results.   I plan on continuing with Funk Roberts workouts because they are challenging and get results!  I haven’t felt this good in 20 years and I’m 43 years old.  No more boring workouts at the gym for me!  Thank you for the challenge…it changed my life! Sincerely, Rob Wiedenhaft   ARE YOU THE NEXT SPARTAN OR LADY SPARTAN - SEND YOUR TESTIMONIALS TO FUNKROBERTS@GMAIL.COM

POWER’S BODY TRANSFORMATION STORY – THIS COULD BE YOU!

POWER’S BODY TRANSFORMATION STORY
THIS COULD BE YOU!
Power Born – Start Weight 245lbs and Current Weight 218lbs
When I got the email and before/after picture from my man Power, I was blown away at what his hard work and dedication had produced. I was also very impressed with his PIPES (biceps) and new physique. These are the types of testimonials, pictures and feedback that keep the PASSION to share my fitness, nutrition and healthy lifestyle knowledge with you. First I want to congratulate Power Born on his amazing body and healthy lifestyle transformation. Your hard work and success inspires and motivates me to do what more of what I do and I hope it does others as well.
Quickly, Power contacted me some months back letting me know that he was going to make the change to a healthier lifestyle and that my workouts were going play a large part in it. I told him to take BEFORE PICTURES (something you should all do when starting any type of program) – fast forward 6 months later and check out the results…and he is still going. I love that Power used some of my workout programs (Spartacus and MMA workouts) and added his own flavour of running. It is great to personalize workout programs when you can as well. But I digress, I took snippets of Power’s email to me, so you get an idea of his story. The best thing is that he is still going as Power has a set a GOAL with a TARGET DATE (something you should all do when starting any type of program) Power Born – Start Weight 245lbs and Current Weight 218lbs “Funk, I know it’s been awhile since we talked, I finally got those before and after pic’s for you. I want to thank you for the bodyweight workouts; they had a heavy part in me getting to the shape that you will see. I’m going for 200lbs by my birthday which is 10/30. The way I accomplished my goals was by keeping track of my weight every day. My diet is light during the day with a protein shake in the morning after my workout. Then I drink plenty of water during the day to help that protein through my system. My workout has been the Spartacus workout each month for the most part on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday I do your MMA workouts. In the first few, months I did 4 miles of jogging after each workout and only jogged on my non-resistance days which are Saturday and Sunday. Then in the last three months I have jogged first and then did the resistance, which shocked my body. I tend not to do 3 full rounds of the workouts, usually two rounds at the most. The 28 miles I was logging per week really helped lean me up. The main thing people have to realize is you have to work out to keep the metabolism churning away so when you eat at night you won’t be hurting you efforts. Funk, you are definitely a large part of my motivation.”
