How to Improve Your Cardio: Bodyweight Workout Series

In this video you will see Bodyweight workout to help improve your cardio fast while increasing endurance, and burning fat using bodyweight only exercises. Perform each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest. Rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 3 rounds.
