Metabolic Bodyweight Workout
This is a great bodyweight workout to help build muscle while burning fat. This is a full body circuit that targets arms, legs, back, chest, core using plyometric, animal flow and body weight movements.
“Heat Wave” Workout – 10 Exercise Circuit
Perform as many reps as possible for each each exercise one after the other for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest. Rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 3 full rounds.
Intermediate – 45 sec – 15 sec intervals
Beginner – 30 sec – 30 sec intervals
