I weighed 230lbs at the time of subscribing. I used to be in shape in high school and after sports my metabolism dropped but not the same foods I was eating.  When I looked in the mirror one day, I was disgusted with myself for letting go of what I used to have.  I knew I had to change my physical appearance because of my upcoming career of being a firefighter.
