Spartan Rob  loses 15lbs in 4 weeks and completes the Spartacus Workout Challenge.  Congrats Rob, I am so proud of you.                               Read Rob’s email below Funk, I’m happy to say that I completed the 4 week challenge with positive results!!  I started out weighing 177 pounds with some belly fat and love handles.  I now weigh 162 pounds and the love handles are almost gone!  Week 1 was a b*tch due to the fact that I was out of shape.  I thought about throwing in the towel because the workout was intense but I persevered and started week 2 with a little more confidence.  By the end of week 2 I had a lot more energy and the workouts felt great.  I could see the difference in my face…chin fat was going bye-bye.  As I worked through week 3 the pounds started coming off.  I couldn’t believe it!  Now that I’m done with Week 4 I decided to do some of your other workouts (MMA bodyweight workouts) because I really enjoy the challenge and I’m a big UFC fan.  I have to mention that I started a paleo diet about 2 weeks before I started the challenge and I really think that played a role in my results.   I plan on continuing with Funk Roberts workouts because they are challenging and get results!  I haven’t felt this good in 20 years and I’m 43 years old.  No more boring workouts at the gym for me!  Thank you for the challenge…it changed my life!
