HEALTHY SNACK – LIBERTE GREEK YOGURT

Funk’s Liberte Greek Yogurt Snack This is a healthy snack that I eat mid morning or afternoon. I truly love Liberte Greek Yogurt because it’s non-fat and contains 20% protein. For anyone trying to lose weight or get ripped, that’s great news.     Try this awesome snack or change it up a bit by adding fruits or nuts that you like.   Funk’s Liberte Greek Yogurt Snack • 5 tablespoons of Liberti Greek Yogurt Plain • 1 tablespoon of flavoured yogurt • Handful of almonds or nuts • Sliced Banana Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
